Since 2007, Red Bicycle Breadworks has been hand crafting artisan loaves using the finest local ingredients: organic flour milled in Northern Utah, salt mined from an ancient seabed in Central Utah, and natural leavenings. Our unique breads achieve their complex flavors through a long fermentation process.

We take our time so you can taste the difference. 

Red Bicycle Breadworks began with a delivery of 16 loaves of bread to Park City’s Sunday Silly Market on a red bicycle with a trailer and a couple of baker's racks. Thousands of loaves later, Red Bicycle now operates inside Market at Park City, hand crafting our breads for your enjoymentin many fine establishments throughout Park City and the Salt Lake Valley.

Our breads are a throwback to a slower time, when our food was handmade, with local ingredients we could know and trust. 

And our red bicycle? It’s always ready to roll!
